VITA... in English!
The Montréal event that celebrates the joy of movement through sport, festivities, and art.
We'll meet again on September 18 and 19 at the Parc olympique.
VITA is Montreal’s free, family-friendly sports festival where everyone is invited to move, celebrate, and get inspired.
For two days, dive into a wide range of FREE activities: sports try-outs, live music, games, workshops, wellness moments, and more... all in a lively, festive atmosphere.
VITA is the perfect opportunity to explore new horizons with family or friends!

Hi, I'm Vitamine!
I'm the official mascot of VITA, and I'm here to guide you through the schedule, help you discover all our awesome activities, and most of all, cheer you on through every challenge.
I'm already counting my sleeps (and my steps) until the next edition!
If you're feeling nostalgic just like me, you can always relive the best moments here.

New in 2026
On Friday, VITA's opening day, we're rolling out a special school program dedicated exclusively to elementary and high school students. Why? Because our lineup is perfect for letting students enjoy VITA while discovering healthy lifestyle habits in a school-friendly setting.
A fun program designed for young people: sports or creative workshops, mini group challenges, movement lab, and so much more.
Schools must register.
